It has finally arrived! RAYS 3-DIMENSION SIDE MACHINING VERSUS Salvatore
VERSUS Salvatore adopts a floating edge design achieved with the latest flange machining process. It is characterized by an innovative, mechanical impression realized by brushing up the base design of the sporty 2X5 spokes with our advanced machining and painting techniques. VERSUS Salvatore enhances the presence of tires that otherwise look poor on the bodies of vehicle types such as sedans, large minivans, and SUVs.
We are proud of the completeness achieved by the compilation of our technologies, including the machining of the VERSUS logo by RAYS' Advanced Machining Technology (A.M.T.), our latest patented technology, and our three-sided spoke machining technology which involves an advanced casting technique and high-precision processing technique with our passion for made-in-Japan quality.

VERSUS logo using A.M.T.
The VERSUS logo employs RAYS ENGINEERING's cutting-edge machining A.M.T., which gives an impression of high quality completely different from that of past casted logos.
New center cap
The center cap has a new symbol. The combination of red clear parts with the hair-line plate as the plating base generates an innovative, high‐grade image. It is designed to be lower than the traditional Stratagia cap while continuing to support the higher hub heights. The traditional cap's protuberance has also been reduced.
Floating edge effect accentuates embossed spokes
By applying undercut to the spoke ends, RAYS produced an effect that makes the spokes seem to cover the rim flange. This floating effect is further enhanced by the tire surrounding it. Attaching and detaching a tire, which may be a pain point, can be performed easily. *When using a changer, set the spoke end to the standard.
Three-dimensional machining (3) Surface machining
A combination of late machining on the spoke surface and machining on the spoke side achieve a mechanical impression with a sporty sensibility.
