Return & Refund Policies
No Return/Exchange is accepted. All payments and deposit is non-refundable. Any problem with the order must be reported within 14 days after receiving the order. We are not responsible for any order reported after this period. No refund / return is accepted for custom orders.
All products we sold comes with manufacture's warranty and we will make the claim with the manufacture on customer's behalf accordingly.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
